New Client Consultation
We offer a free 15 minute introductory virtual session to discuss your concerns, and goals, review fit with our therapists, and outline a personalized therapy plan. No commitment required; ideal for your first steps toward support.
Individual Adult Therapy
Our integrated approach provides the skilled and principled use of relationship to facilitate self-knowledge, emotional acceptance, growth and the optimal development of personal resources. The overall aim of our Psychotherapists is to provide an opportunity for our clients to work toward living with greater satisfaction and resourcefulness. Our skilled therapists use a broad range of culturally-informed and culturally-sensitive practices to help our clients improve their well-being, prevent and alleviate distress and maladjustment, resolve crises, and increase their ability to function better in their lives. They use strengths-based perspectives and practices to improve emotional, relational, social, cultural, vocational, educational, and identity-related client concerns.
Child Therapy
We offer tailored support for children facing emotional, behavioural, or developmental challenges. Play-based and age-appropriate methods help young clients express feelings and develop coping skills in a trusting environment. If you are a parent of a child under 7 years, we recommend Parent therapy as research supports strong attachment formation when parents of young children learn skills and practice with their child.
Teen Therapy
We offer individualized sessions for adolescents dealing with stress, identity, peer issues, or mental health concerns like depression. Focuses on self-awareness, resilience, and practical tools for navigating teen years, and building coping and resilience skills.
Parent Therapy
We offer support for parents navigating child mental health challenges like anxiety or behaviour issues. Sessions focus on strategies to strengthen family dynamics, improve communication, and build confidence in daily parenting.
Couples Therapy
We offer a safe space for collaborative work for partners to improve communication, rebuild connection, and address relational challenges. Draws from methods like attachment based therapy, Gottman Method, and Emotion-Focused Therapy for stronger, healthier partnerships.
Family Therapy
Our holistic sessions allow for the involvement of multiple family members to resolve conflicts, enhance understanding, and foster unity. Sessions address dynamics impacting everyone, promoting lasting relational harmony.
