I work with my clients in a collaborative approach utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches and strategies to find the best fit for every individual client.
I strive to create a safe place for counselling and believe no-one knows my clients better than themselves; which is why my process is collaborative.
Experience: Dana is a Registered Psychotherapist and a Yorkville University graduate with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She received her Bachelor of Art’s in Psychology from Laurentian University. Over the past ten years she has worked with and assisted clients with depression, anxiety, OCD and anger. Dana does well connecting with children and teens and providing a safe space for them to learn tools and strategies to cope with big feelings.

Experience: Julie is a Registered Psychotherapist graduating from Yorkville University with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology.
She has worked with clients challenged by emotions (depression, anxiety, anger, OCD, PTSD), trauma, adjustment (grief, life transitions), repetitive behaviours (eating, substance abuse) and life enhancement goals for over 22 years.
