What problem do you strive to overcome?

Please state the problem, solution, result. This can be stated in first person.

Asking for help is the bravest thing that we can do, but also the scariest, especially when it comes to issues in our relationships. Feelings of being isolated, unsafe, and disconnected effect our ability to be in meaningful relationships with our friends, families and partners. I work from a holistic, science informed lens to meet you where you are, so that we can begin finding what healing could look like for you, and start to move towards your wellness. I strive to provide an environment where you have the space to be honest, find support and explore yourself to help you create better connections with yourself, your loved ones, and your life.
